Philosophers' Café
An evening of Conversation, Music, Philosophy, and Poetry
The “Philosophers’ Café” is for those interested in exploring stimulating and inspiring questions in a bohemian atmosphere. Galleries have always been gathering places that have given birth to new, innovative and radical ideas. “Philosophers’ Cafes” are based on the concept of free-form and dynamic conversation, with irreverent doses of music, philosophy and poetry. These conversations are light on structure and heavy on dialogue and participation. The Philosophers’ Café at the Niagara Gallery is an experiment in contaminating philosophy with other arts and open discussion in order to reach a dimension independent of any art or individual thinker.
“Philosophers’ Cafes” are held once a month at the Niagara Gallery, usually on the last Friday of the Month.
The Philosophers’ Café is free and open to all. Please come and bring a friend.
The philosopher practitioner is Stan Skrzeszewski. For further information, or contact Stan, click here.
